The hotel is new, very close to the city center.
It is classified as 4 stars but it is less than 3 stars.
They declare 4 stars so they can ask 150 euro per night…
It has nothing of a 4 stars like Bestwestern, Hilton, Mercure, Holiday Inn Express, Melia, etc.
The hotel IS NOT NOISELESS like that they write!
It is impossible to sleep in this hotel!
You can listen everything: one that walk in the room, one that open the luggage, one man that shaves, one woman that walk with the shoes with heels.
The problem is not only for the hotel because it is not noiselessly but also for the guests that don’t respect the others.

Service
The service is managed from some czech persons and also from some italian guys, so you can see the typical approach to other southern italians…

Breakfast
There is everything: a lot of hams, cakes, omelettes done from a cook.
The room for the breakfast is on the -1 floor; too small, only 10 tables for 100 of guest.
For two days we waited 10 minutes for doing the breakfast.

Rooms
We ask for a room at the last floor: they gave us a first floor and after we changed with a second floor!

Room 104
Very small room, small bathroom with bath, too hot and there is a lot of noises from the lower and the upper floors.

Room 209
Big room, big bathroom with shower, too cold because there was a broken window (we asked to repair it!).
Too noises from the room 208 and upper and lower floors.

Wifi
It didn’t work only for one day…
For the other days, it worked but it was very slow: I downloaded my daily magazine of 45 Mbytes in more than 30 minutes!

Television
There was only 11 channels: 4 italians, 2 english, other german, russian and czech.
But in the last days, two italian channels are disappeared.

booking.com
I removed my account on booking.com.
I will never use it!
The offer are not so cheaper.
The guest on a hotel is considered nothing: The hotel knows that you’ll never come back, so you will receive the worst service.
You cannot verify the feedback from the others.
You cannot verify if the hotel is really like in the description.
